Jennifer Horn focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and real estate law. She primarily assists clients with contract, agreement, and warranty review and drafting, as well as general corporate, trademark and social media matters.
She graduated magne cum laude with a B.A. from American University and cum laude with a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University.
Ms. Horn is licensed in Ohio and has been admitted to the Ohio Supreme Court and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
In April 2006, Ms. Horn placed 2nd overall and had the Best Respondent’s Brief in the Dean Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition. In December of that same year she was named Second Best Oralist Award in the Chicago Bar Association YLS Competition.
2007 marked a year when the Journal of Law and Health included her Published Note entitled The First Amendment and Diet Industry Advertising: Has Puffery Gone Too Far?
She volunteers with Legal Aid’s Save the Dream program, and is a Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Mentor.
Jen and her husband, Brian, reside in Bay Village with their dog.
