Monroe has been named a shareholder in the firm.  Mr. Monroe is an experienced lawyer in the firm's Real Estate Services Group, specializing in real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions, and leasing; real estate litigation including landlord-tenant disputes, boundary disputes, title issues and zoning matters; manufactured home park law; eminent domain; and administrative appeals from governmental bodies.  He is the current Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Euclid, Ohio.
