John Burke
is a shareholder with MGGM and his general trial practice includes a focus in employment and business litigation, including labor, employment, general litigation, executive/employment contracts, non compete and trade secret litigation, insurance bad faith, workers' compensation, and product liability issues. These specialties have brought him before many administrative governmental agencies, including the EEOC and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, OSHA, the NLRB, the Department of Labor, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and others. Mr. Burke also provides clients with employment and human resources counseling on a variety of issues including FMLA and ADA Compliance. Mr. Burke's expertise is often sought as a lecturer, presenting seminars on a variety of employment, litigation, workers’ compensation and insurance bad faith issues.
