Samuel R. Martillotta is a shareholder with MGGM and his primary area of expertise is in toxic tort litigation and environmental law. His experience ranges from representing the defense interests of major corporate entities in mass tort litigation to counseling small to mid-size companies with commercial and environmental concerns. In addition, Mr. Martillotta has extensive general civil litigation experience in products liability, personal injury and construction litigation.
