Jeffrey M. Embleton is a shareholder and a principal litigator with the firm.  His focus is on complex business litigation, employment litigation and disputes involving non-competition covenants and trade secrets. Mr. Embleton manages the Labor And Employment practice group and the General Civil Litigation practice groups for the firm. He has appeared in federal and state courts throughout the United States, the United States Sixth District Court of Appeals and several administrative bodies including the National Labor Relations Board.  In addition to his extensive trial experience, Mr. Embleton has represented parties in dozens of mediations involving business disputes, environmental matters, employment-related claims and serious personal injury disputes. He has also been selected as a neutral arbitrator by the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas for Cleveland, Ohio,  for business and employment disputes and is frequently selected as an independent neutral mediator by private parties.  He is a member of a number of federal and state professional associations and has been named as an Ohio Super Lawyer in the years 2003-2006.  He has also been honored by Madison's Who’s Who of America.
