John Monroe is a shareholder with MGGM and is an experienced attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions, and leasing; real estate litigation including landlord-tenant disputes, boundary disputes, title issues and zoning matters; manufactured home park law; eminent domain; and, administrative appeals from governmental bodies. As a former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, Assistant Director of Law for the City of Cleveland, Ohio, and current Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Euclid, Ohio, Mr. Monroe has experience in government and municipal law.
