Brendon P. Friesen is a litigator with a general litigation practice and specialized experience in business and intellectual property disputes.  He regularly prosecutes and defends matters involving trademark, patent, trade dress and copyright infringement, trade secrets, breach of contract, corporate disputes, and non-compete agreements.  Brendon has obtained many trademark registrations in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  He also represents trademark owners in administrative proceedings before the UPSTO and in domain name dispute proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).  Brendon also specializes in preserving, perfecting and foreclosing mechanics liens in Ohio and Illinois.

 

Brendon originally joined MGGM in 2003.  In 2007, he moved to Chicago with his family and practiced with a litigation firm for two years before returning to MGGM in 2009.  Brendon is licensed to practice in Ohio and Illinois.
