Michael R. Tucci practices primarily in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law.  He has represented buyers and sellers in public and private mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions and has experience in public securities offerings, private securities placements, corporate governance and commercial transactions.  He represents clients in complex patent and trademark matters and counsels clients on intellectual property licensing and portfolio management.  He also advises clients on tax and bankruptcy issues.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tucci's experience included sales, marketing and management of a distribution company.
