Amy L. Kullik is a shareholder of MGGM and has administrative and litigation experience in all aspects of public and private sector labor and employment law. She counsels employers on litigation prevention, human resource management, health and safety issues, and proactive compliance strategies for federal and state laws. Ms. Kullik has created and presented training and compliance seminars for employers and she defends employers in cases involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge in state and federal court. Prior to joining MGGM, Ms. Kullik represented public sector entities, representing management before courts and administrative agencies in collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, disciplinary matters, arbitration and litigation.
